AUSTRAC's AML/CTF reform multi-use list
Current areas of required expertise identified on the multi-use list include:

providing industry and stakeholder expertise relevant to the designated services specified in the AML/CTF Act
-
developing regulatory programs (including monitoring, analysis and risk assessment methodologies)
-
designing, developing, implementing and/or maintaining information management systems, such as evidentiary and case management systems
-
developing technical and procedural policies, rules, guidelines and standard operating procedures
-
developing/enhancing AUSTRAC's information systems and interfaces with various categories of businesses that may be subject to AML/CTF regulation
-
designing/conducting educational and awareness-raising programs and activities
-
designing/conducting AML/CTF and other specific training programs
-
undertaking a detailed costing analysis of the impact of the changes both on the agency and on the affected industry sectors.
